Philosophy of Care

Dr. Kletter's practice includes the diagnosis and treatment of infants, children and adolescents with acute and chronic endocrine disorders. Dr. Kletter's broad clinical interests include adrenal disorders, calcium and phosphorus disorders, constitutional growth delay, gonadal disorders, growth hormone deficiency, hypoglycemia, hyperlipidemia, pituitary disorders, precocious puberty, premature thelarche and adrenarche, thyroid disorders and short stature.

I am the proud father of three daughters. I am also a gardening enthusiast who enjoys being a member of Western Washington Fruit Tree Growers. Currently, I am experimenting with the development of apricot and peach plants that can thrive in our rainy regi
