In my practice I focus on promoting wellness for adults and providing care for a wide range of general outpatient medical problems. I enjoy patients who want to actively participate in their health care decisions and I want them to fully understand their health issues. I encourage lots of questions. I particularly enjoy being a doctor because I get to meet and know so many people and help some of them through difficult times.
Personal InterestsI am married with three children, two of whom are teenagers. I spend most of my free time participating in all my children's extra-curricular activities, like soccer and scouting. I am also an avid runner, biker and backpacker.
