- Swedish Cancer Institute's General Fund - focuses areas of greatest need for the cancer program.

Clinical Research Fund - supports research in evaluating the latest, most promising advancements in cancer treatment, early detection, cancer prevention, and improving the quality of life.

Cancer Patient Assistance Fund - supports patients who face significant financial difficulties while being treated for cancer.
- Cancer Patient Education and Community Outreach Fund - supports educational services, cancer prevention and early detection programs for cancer patients, their families and the community at large.
- Breast Cancer Program Fund - supports early detection, advanced treatment and research of breast cancer.
