Business Health Link
As part of the Employer Medical Assistance (EMA) program, Swedish offers Business Health Link as a service to Seattle-area employers who need drug and alcohol testing for employees and/or new hires.
Business Health Link is also available to individuals who need certified test results for new license applications or license renewals.
Services provided by experienced, trained technicians include:
- In-clinic and on-site collections for employer-sponsored testing
- Employer drug-policy development and supervisory training
- Confidential in-clinic screening for individuals on a self-pay basis
- Instant alcohol breath analysis results
- Rapid results on drug analysis provided by a local lab that has been certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration
- Testing for license applications and renewals under the Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Highway Administration and the U.S. Coast Guard
- Medical review officer services on Department of Transportation (DOT) and non-DOT drug screens
Business Health Link is a member of the Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association and the National Association of Collection Sites. A photo ID is required at initial collection and when picking up individual results.

Walk-in hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Off-hours appointments may be arranged. There are no set hours for on-site collections; call to set up an appointment.
