I appreciated that Dr. Dooms actually reached out to me first to express concern over my visit to urgent care, and asked me to come in to talk about the situation.

Dr. Dooms is incredible. Even though I don't usually need to see him more than a couple times a year, he has reviewed my entire history before I see him. I have complex health issues but he is familiar with all my doctors and tests and how they relate to my immune issues. He collaborates with my medical team. He is an excellent listener, quickly responsive if an issue arises and I always feel known and heard by him. I don't believe there is another doctor with his level of expertise, let alone his level of care in the field of immunology to help with my particular health issues.

The experience I had with the care provider was great! The only downside is that it's hard to schedule an allergy appointment since thre is a big waitlist, so I would need to call in to see if there have been any appointments that have been canceled to backfill.

With Hypogammaglobulinemia, antibiotics are needed, and an appointment with the doctor to assess and prescribe that is needed timely, and this was a very quick turn around for an appointment.

Dr.Dooms will answer questions and concerns and help you understand your results and treatment options. I appreciate him and his team.

My entire experience with Dr. Dooms has always been great. He also sees my son and he had a great experience also.

The doctor was very respectful and gave me lots of great information. The other staff were mostly professional.However we got off to a rocky start, because every staff member told me that they would have to hurry because I was late. Granted I was a couple minutes late, however it was only because the door to the clinic was labeled wrong. It said "Imaging Center", not allergy clinic or the doctor's name.

I got important questions answered. The provider was concise and efficient. The only difficulty was in the availability of appointments but my reason for visiting wasn't urgent.

Provider sometimes gave conflicting answers and info which was confusing. Very nice man and knowledgeable. Took a good amount of time with us.

Dr. Dooms is extremely knowledgeable and is always available to answer MyChart questions. He is thorough about his answers to my questions and explains everything in understandable terms. He also discovered the reason for my low immune system that all my other doctors overlooked. He's a great doctor.
