Dr. Fengting Yan is a 2021, 2022, & 2023 Seattle Met Top Doctor Award winner. Dr. Yan is interested in personalized care and translational research in women’s cancer. Extensive lab and clinical research knowledge are applied in her "bench-to-bedside" approach to patient care. Dr. Yan is the best healthcare provider I have ever had. My various RX for my condition has many unpleasant side effects. We always discuss and work on ways to alleviate and provide a better quality of life. This last visit she made a recommendation to change a RX with joint stiffness side effects. After discussion we jointly agreed it was the right thing to try. After ten days on the new med my joint pain is greatly decreased thus improving my mobility and quality of life. I always feel seen and heard in my visits - never dismissed that I must suffer due to my illness.

These treatments can be tough and Dr. Yan has a gift of presenting information clearly and accurately from your record and truly hearing your symptoms and concerns with an incredible personal touch. When I needed more care for Intense migraines, she fought for me to see an excellent provider sooner so I could keep on my medicine. That's not the only provider who has shared her persistence In helping with care. When I was almost In tears at my last appointment, she gave me a couple hugs. She's a class act. I cannot recommend her enough! Hands down- best doctor I've ever seen.

I've had many wonderful providers, but Dr. Yan is by far superior. I'm comforted that she's my med onc and will follow her anywhere. She always treats me with respect and never dumbs things down. At this visit, she pulled up my CT images and we looked at them together. She identified and explained the source of the pain I experienced when I went to the ED a few months prior. The inflammation wasn't noted by the radiologist, but Dr. Yan identified it.
