My first visit and it seemed that I was rushed !

It was a very good visit which included an EKG. Staff was professional and friendly.

All concert were discussed and resolved

Well. Nobody likes to hear that they are sick. Doctors have a hard job. Anyway. As far as crappy news she did a really good job.

She was thorough & explained her plan.

This was my first time seeing this doctor, and I believe she sort of squeezed me in since I needed to see a cardiologist to be able to proceed with knee surgery. Sadly, with the holidays and the late notice that I would need this visit, even though I felt the appointment was timely, my surgery date had to be pushed out. But I am very happy to now have a cardiologist to call my own... Ha! I would be very happy to see this doctor again.

This provider isn't easy to talk to. I didn't feel very comfortable with them . This provider isn't very personable and that's something that's needed in a health care setting so the patient feels comfortable and taken care of.

Very caring providers and helpful staff, but sometimes difficult to get appointments.

Doctor's special assistant was especially helpful also. She explained well, as she went about her duties. Personable too as we talked of similarities in her Son's excellent athlete activities and others. One of the Doctor's Directives was to increase health giving cardiovascular athlete activities. Her special assistant augmented this. Most Excellent Team.

As a retired Cardiovascular Nurse, I know a good cardiologist when I see one. Dr. Aikawa is one of the best. She's honest, forthright, and very supportive. From the moment I met her I knew I was in great hands.

The doctor examined all the medications for my heart and stroke problems and sent the results to my primary care doctor and seemd happy with the results.

The Doctor listen to my concerns and scheduled me for an echo cardiogram

I wish there was a positive rating number above 10 that I could give Aiakawa-10 just isn't enough

Excellent cardiologist

This was my first check up with Dr. Aikawa, and I loved the fact that she told me to tell my children to have their lipids checked out. (Since I have familial hyperlipidimia.) When she saw my husband, previously, I really appreciated her suggesting non-invasive tests first!

She is the very best. Listens and takes all the time I need. Professional, friendly, and empathetic. The very best.

She listened carefully and asked relevant questions. I think she is knowledgeable and will provide excellent advice. I only wish that I could get the tests she ordered in a more timely manner. When facing cardiac problems it's hard to wait over a month to get diagnostic tests done and it will be 2 months from the date of my incident before I will be able to see her again after the tests. That being said, she has been very responsive and has read tests results over the weekend and night and sent notes. I really appreciate that.

Dr. Aikawa is very special. She understand how felt when I am worried. She always explain everything good. She care about me. I am lucky that Dr Aikawa is my cardiologist.
