Good experiences: Dr. Chang checked my chart for most recent cholesterol blood draw results and shared the excellent results, which were both informative and positive for me. He also inquired about what caused my parents' death, per factors that may impact my health.

I had a good first impression when I met this provider for the first time. He answered all of my questions. I was a human person instead of a number, or just a female. I saw that he was a 5 star rated provider which made me feel so very comfortable.. I love the Asian Dr's as their intellect is very methodical and has this coverage inside that is different from so many others.. Very smart. Direct, concise and reflective. It's a very amiable quality that tends to keep my trust.

After experiencing a pain in my chest, I called for an appointment in early June and was given Dr. Chang's first available in mid October. His receptionist called back the next day with a cancellation making an appt. Available early the next week. Fantastic effort on her part I truly appreciate.

This was my first visit with Dr Chang. I was referred to him by my primary care physician to check and make sure that my cholesterol medication and dosage was adequate and that my heart is in good shape. Medication and dosage were found to be fine, as is my heart. No follow up needed. I found Dr Chang to be friendly, compassionate and caring. If I ever have a cardiac issue in the future, he is the doctor I would like to see.

All good. Appreciated Dr. Chang's courtesy, knowledge, friendliness, sense of humor, & respect. Ditto for attending staff. They & the front desk folks do seem somewhat stressed from time management issues, but no different in any other superbusy clinic. I did have 2 questions the assistant was going to have Dr Chang respond to, but there hasn't been in follow up to those just yet. Not too worried, tho. Thanks!

Dr. Chang is top notch. Even the doctors at St. Joseph's, PeaceHealth in Bellingham complimented him. On a personal note, he is so compassionate and really shows concern about my health. I recommended my sister to him but he books out so far. She ended up going to another doctor.

Dr. Chang reassured me that my heart was doing good which put me at ease. He was compassionate about my recent diagnosis that was unrelated to my heart, and he educated me on things to lookout for regarding any changes that might be affecting my heart in the future. I appreciated that.

Dr. Chang's staff seem to be on top of my care and provide excellent follow-up. Dr. Chang is the right mix of a knowledgeable confident physician and a personable compassionate doctor.

I thank everyone. I am happy with everything. But unfortunately, my eye problem has not yet been solved. I am really looking forward to meeting with a neuro-ophthalmologist.
