Dr Pan is a top-notch doctor with a bedside manner that every doctor should adopt. He is caring, clear and concise. He ensures that his patients understand every aspect of their care. All of the staff I have spoken with have been very friendly and accommodating. My only constructive feedback I can provide is about the call wait times. It is very difficult to get an urgent question answered in a short period of time. I do appreciate the call back option though. Most of the time I get a call back same day.

I live 200 miles from provider. His staff has been very accomodating of the need for afternoon appointments. The medical test recommended by the provider has been more difficult to schedule (with an organization outside of the providence family) but a work around Is being developed.

Dr Pan, a cardiologist, was very easy to talk to, and he spent time speaking slowly and calmly - I never felt rushed and he was ver reassuring and made sure all my questions were answered in a thoughtful and respectful manner. My calcium CT score was to have been sent to him by another provider, and he did not receive them. His office went out of their way to call the imaging center and get the results while I was in my appt. It was about 20 mins of calling to get the results and I appreciated they made the extra effort to get the findings and not make me come back another day. Very good patient care and concern within the office.

Dr Pan listens carefully and seems very up on cardio health. He also clearly has looked at my medical records before he enters the treatment room. The only reason I said I'd recommend him to others with a 9, rather than a 10 is he is in Issaquah and I live in Seattle. It's a long drive.
