The Provider was prompt, courteous and gave me time to explain why I was there.
Swedish Patient
Dr. Lam was very thorough. I especially appreciated being able to see the images of my heart and where the plaque is situated for the first time.
Swedish Patient
Dr Lam was thorough and compassionate and understood my anxiety over recent test results published in MyChart. He was patient and explained the results in a manner that changed my outlook on my health for the better. My only complaint is it took 3 months from time of appointment to actual meeting - 3 months of needless stress over what I thought to be alarming results published in MyChart. 3 months is too long to wait for an appointment.
Swedish Patient
Took the time to make sure I understood my condition
