This provider is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and helpful, and she preps before appts by reading my chart for new info so she can zoom in on what is or is not of concern. She is fantastic.

My experience with this provider was very good

Debra is exceptional in knowing medical advice & shared it with us. She answered questions & pulled up a view of where a blood clot in my husbands leg was, so he'd know what to do & what not to do & how else to care for it. Plus recommended a pill he was told to take but wasn't taking and Debra explained why it was important for him to take it. I highly recommend her.

She's absolutely the best I love her. She's very confident spends plenty of time with you and she answers all my questions so I can understand perfectly and gives me great advice for my future health.

She is not my normal specialist provider, but handled herself very well and had researched my medical history very well.

Debra Laurent had expert knowledge of my condition, explained what the concerns are, and ordered more specific care. Some providers do a job very well, and some do more, and genuinely appreciate people as individuals and interact one on one. It's important to be respected as an equal as well as being cared for by someone who is excellent at what they do. Debra Laurent is excellent.

Protocol seems to be that nurses answer or intercept. Messsges on my chart and I am not sure they always pass on my concerns vs trying to answer promptly ehich they are good at. However, in one instance it appeared to have not been read by the one intended who could act on it. Never-the-less, appropriate action was taken in due time by person able to solve the issue. Very satisfied w/ my care.
