As always the medical team at Swedish are professional, friendly and caring.

Emily F. Krengel, ARNP is an excellent provider who listened to my concerns and provided advice that was important to my health. In addition, she ordered blood work and reduced the strength of my blood pressure medication accordingly. Excellent visit, so glad I went.

My visit with Dr. Kelley and her assistant was very professional and relaxing. I would recommend Dr. Kelley to anyone, she really care and listen to your needs.

Had an excellent experience. The provider did not seem to be rushed. Answered all questions and discussion. She ran a little bit behind time but apologized. I might have been 10 minutes late.

I had a positive experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner treated me with respect and kindness.

The care team all are courteous, professional, and straight forward in communication. Occasionally there is some delay in receiving review of tests via My Chart, but usually communication is quite good.

The provider was easy to talk to and very clear in all her explanations about my health and treatment.

Everything is good

It's all excellent and the Swedish doctors and care teams are awesome! The only downside -- and this applies to all health care these days, not just the Swedish system -- is that doctors are so booked up nowadays. It's very hard to wait a month or more for key appointments when you're suffering daily from something that requires attention (in my case, chronic atrial fibrillation).

SHE GIVE ME SO MUCH CLARITY WHEN RE: MY CONDITION. No one ever example that my conditon was rare. Listened to me ( I was having a mental breakdown because my life has changed due to this condition. Crazy I had to fight with getting my procedure scheduled 2yrs agoI definitely will scheduled my yearly appointment or any appointment I have at the clinic with her. She what bedside manner looks like, VERY PROFESSIONAL! She a keeper!
