The doctor went out of her way to look at my whole file prior to seeing me and asked questions connecting an older blood test result with my heart health. It's been years since a doctor seemed to see me as a whole person v just the one issue I'm coming in to see them about. Thank you so much!!!!

Dr Tulai apologized profusely for being a single minute late to the video call due to a necessary software update. I've never met a more punctual provider who at the same time does not make you feel like she's rushing you to get to the next patient.

Dr. Tulai is awesome, but the wait times for appointments are rsther long for established patients.

I feel like I am in good hands with Dr. Tulai. She is friendly, caring, professional, thorough, kind and thoughtful. I have been seeing her for around 18 months I believe. She has been very accommodating given I live remotely on an Island in Alaska. This requires me to make expensive travel arrangements to come to Seattle and cannot easily change if her schedule changes late in the game. She has been easy to work with and I truly appreciate that. I feel we have a good repore, I have confidence In her and she gives me confidence which Is very Important to me. I trust and like her very much as my cardiologist and hope she stays at Swedish for a long time!Since I get some of my medical tests done locally in my Alaska community, there are times when medical records are not easily shared between Swedish and my local hospital/clinic. This is NOT Dr Tulai's doing but some problem with the "system". It is frustrating for me as I spend a lot of time checking back and forth via MyChart to see if records have been sent/received. I have learned it is best to have a hard copy with me when I come for appointments.
