I really appreciate the staff keeping my appointment, at first hill, even though my original place, Issaquah closed due a power outage. Grateful, after waiting a few months for the appointment.

Dr Pollock and his care team are amazing people and give amazing help with colorectal issues .

Dr Pollock is direct, knowledgeable and sets realistic expectations. He is maybe not as optimistic as some prefer, but I find his approach much more honest and I trust him.

Dr. Pollock was my second opinion for colon cancer. He saved my life. My husband's co-worker was diagnosed a the same time. We went through the same treatment. We were both adv. To wait until the first of the year for surgery. I went to Dr. Pollock for a 2nd opinion. He did surgery in Nov. My husband's co-worker did not seek a second opinion. He died in Jan. I have another friend, and the same thing happened with her brother-in-law. He was adv. To wait before surgery and died. I can't say enough good thigs about Dr. Pollock.

Dr Pollock has been my surgeon for colorectal cancer for 10 years .even though I fly from AK to see him , he always accommodates my schedule with other Swedish providers . I like that he has offices on first hill and in Issaquah which provides more scheduling options. He is always up to date on my health needs and in tune with what I am experiencing.

I saw Dr Pollack for a second opinion about my getting a colostomy due to damage done to my colon by radiation treatment for cancer. Dr Pollack was not only available and interested in my problems, he was friendly and helpful and so respectful of my sensitivity about my pain and my problems. He was just wonderful!

Dr. Pollock was great. He took the time to explain things in a clear manner and was very easy to talk to. He was very helpful and I'm glad that he was the doctor I got to see that day.

Provider was very pleasant. I felt like he listened and allowed me to ask any questions I had. Nurse and front office people were also pleasant. I had to wait 3-4 months to get in but I know that's how it is everywhere for the most part.

Dr. Pollock has a friendly and relaxed demeanor puts me at ease and makes is easy for me to listen to his explanations. His sense of humor is greatly appreciated and makes every experience a pleasant one.

I have only seen this provider 1time, but he helped put my mind at ease about a procedure I have coming up. He did say about the possibility of negative outcome but most were correctable.I was not able to schedule in the timeline he asked for, but it couldn't be helped.

Provider gave detailed information about needed testing and actions for the ensuing 2 years, with further info should the testing be provided further than that duration. Everything was very easy to understand. Pleasant demeanor and seemed to enjoy interactions with patients.

Dr. Pollock was very professional and knowledgeable about my condition, and even though it was suppose to be a consultation appmnt only, he decided to proceed with the procedure I came to discuss with him.
