About Breanna Oberlin
Breanna has a passion for nutrition education, chronic condition management, and community wellness. She specializes in working with adults with gastrointestinal concerns, as well as providing support to women with gastrointestinal disease during pregnancy. Breanna has a special interest in lifestyle and behavior change and believes that success is achieved by working with the individual to accomplish their goals and by enhancing communication with the individual’s multidisciplinary team and support system. Additionally, Breanna is a Certified Diabetes Educator and has experience serving individuals with a variety medical and nutrition concerns. Offering her the ability to provide education to those with multiple conditions. Since completing her Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and earning her Registered Dietitian credentials in 2010, Breanna has worked as a Child Nutrition Manager, and as a Research Dietitian and Study Coordinator for National Institutes of Health studies before coming to Swedish in 2014. While at Swedish Breanna has been providing medical nutrition therapy education one-on-one and in groups at the Swedish Diabetes and Nutrition Education Center and in Swedish Maternal Fetal Specialty Clinic.

In her spare time, Breanna enjoys spending time hiking, traveling, baking, and exploring with family and friends, and her little dogs, Winslow and Mabel. She likes to relax by painting, doing stained glass. and curling up with a good book. Breanna is also active in the community volunteering and serves on the board for state and local anti-hunger and nutrition organizations.
