Jennifer Mercado has gone above and beyond my expectations to provide care for me as an endocrinologist. She is incredibly knowledgeable in the field and has been knowledgeable in some incredibly rare lab results that have come up recently. She has spent additional personal time to figure out how to solve these issues and what else we could do in the future. I feel I am very lucky to have her as a provider.

Jennifer Mercado is, bar none, the best medical provider I have seen in the past 20 years. She listens. She is extremely knowledgeable. She actually cares about her patients.

Quite a few months have passed since my last follow up, she did have me on standby, and got me in earlier than originally scheduled. It was very thorough discussing my health and options and helpful getting the correct meds prescribed for me

Jennifer, as always, was thorough, caring, respectful, trying hard to figure out how to determine what dose of med, when to increase if needed, etc for adrenal gland function. She was thoughtful and working with expertise to help our daughter who is very medically challenging.

It is important to make clear that Jennifer Mercado, ARNP is a superb provider that has helped me through a very difficult, rare and complex medical condition and understands that I deal with other rare conditions. Under staffing has caused longer wait times for appointments, but that has nothing to do with my provider. Both my wife and I appreciate Jennifer's concern and desire to help. That is not always the case with providers. She is not my provider when it comes to more common issues, but is with regards to monitoring one of my rare, life-threatening conditions.
