She is amazing at always following up on test results, refill requests, questions, and PAs. She Is also very knowledgeable about my past care & concerns and I never feel rushed during our appointments.

I have received the best possible care from Jennifer. I have a complicated health history and she is a good problem-solver. She always carefully considers directions per any changes or possible changes. She includes me in the process and resulting action to take.

I want to thank Jennifer for her professionalism, kindness, and care. She always reduces my anxiety about medical appointments and actively listens to my questions and concerns. Jennifer consistently takes the time to explain to me what she's doing and why she's doing it during the appointment. She takes excellent care in elaborating on the next steps and always asks me if I have any additional questions about what we went over at the end of the visit.

New prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy and the injections pharmacy extremely fast. She showed me research graphs etc to help me decide which medicine to take. There probably isn't a better pituitary specialist in the entire United States. She showed serious concern and interest.

Dr Mercado listens well and works hard to help me improve my diabetes.
