I never do surveys. But I am compelled to in this case. I've struggled with poor health and habits for decades. Dr Samir Hafi is the first, best, and only doctor who listened, supported, coached and *most important* enabled me to offer choices/tradeoffs on diet, exercise and medication that helped me drop nearly 20 pounds and get my A1C, Cholesterol, Triglycerides and other health markers in reasonable levels or at least heading the right direction. He is the benchmark now in how/what I want and should expect from caregivers. He helped me realize I should expect more from other medical professionals. He's my favorite doctor ever and at age 59 that's saying something. Please appreciate him as I do.

D.Hafi has worked with me for about a year to straighten out my medical situation which was never properly treated but any of my primary care doctors in the last FIFTY YEARS. Primary care doctors may be good for little issues, but far too often they go way beyond their expertise in determining treatment, much to the detriment of the patient.
