Dr, Yang is kind and super efficient with our time. She covers a lot in a single visit and has a great team in place doing follow up.

I appreciated the outreach from the office to consolidate me and my husband's travel appointments without us even asking if that was an option. It made it more convenient for us and saved on having to take time off work. The post-appointment summary of the prescriptions we received did not include the instructions on when to start taking them. That information was provided during the meeting, but having it included or manually written on would've been appreciated so we can refer back to it.

Dr. Ping was very easy to talk with, she explained the various tests, risks, etc in a manner that was easy to understand. She was very personable during the entire visit. Hopefully she will stay with Swedish and can remain my primary care physician for a long time.
