I appreciated the outreach from the office to consolidate me and my husband's travel appointments without us even asking if that was an option. It made it more convenient for us and saved on having to take time off work. The post-appointment summary of the prescriptions we received did not include the instructions on when to start taking them. That information was provided during the meeting, but having it included or manually written on would've been appreciated so we can refer back to it.
