I was very impressed with her knowledge, care and attentiveness she gave to my partner. Unfortunately I get a doctor that I very much like and they leave the PacMed clinic. I have struggled to get a female (personal preference) doctor that I can keep!!!

Being new the area and leaving familiar providers, I am grateful to have chosen Dr. Gonzales. Her presence is professional, inspires confidence, kind and supportive.

Let me say that I'm grateful to be able to transition to Canyon Park and Dr. Gonzalez. We seemed to 'fit' very well in outlook and goals. The staf, both desk and phone, are increbily helpful and pleasant also.

I like my new provider at Pacific Medical Center

Dr Gonzales is very nice to talked to. She explained everything regarding my current and prior medical issues. She's very helpful and thorough In her examination. Though this is my first time meeting her, I believe I will stay under her care if she stays in Pacmed longer.

I have no complaints.

I arrived 5 minutes early for a 7 am appt. The elevator did not work. Signage indicating the floor/elevator would not work until 7 am would have been helpful. Otherwise, the doctor, clinicians and staff were great.

Dr. Gonzalez is not my usual provider, I saw her specifically for a Nexplanon removal and she went above and beyond with making me comfortable during my visit. She showed me patience and empathy, and was the best possible provider I could have had for this visit!

I'm a new patient so I'm really holding judgement until I've had some experience with this office. I'm coming from a subscription/concierge medicine so I'm used to the staff knowing me and getting 1 hour visits. I was expecting to hate my experience but the truth is, other than the long wait at the lab for my blood draw, it was good. The doctor exceeded my expectations in how she listened to me and treated me as a partner in my health journey rather than a thing that needs fixed. I'm cautiously optimistic I may have found my new home.
