I was seen by Tiffany for an upper respiratory illness and cough. It was my first visit with her. Prior appointments have been with my PCP. I appreciated her clear communication and assessment of my illness. She was professional and also very caring.

After my Mychart request for a referral to a psychologist I had an appointment with Tiffany, She was fine, professional, personal and on point. After a lengthy Interview she said someone would call In about 3 days. It's been over a week. I am not happy.

This was my first video doctors appointment. It was very easy to set up, they got me in with a provider within the hour. I was very pleased and happy with the service and the doctor who helped me.
