I'm very happy to have switched from the Northgate PMC branch to the Lynnwood PMC clinic with Dr. Won. My previous PCP experience at the Northgate clinic was less than satisfactory. I still utilize the Northgate PMC Lab Services because it's very close to me but I definitely avoid the medical and vision providers after having been with them over 15 years. The quality, friendliness and competency of care at the Lynnwood PMC clinic from the moment you enter the registration desk to seeing the medical team is very appreciated and welcomed even though I'm driving 15 miles further than the Northgate Clinic. Dr Won and/or his team is always reachable through MyChart messaging if I have any immediate health concerns or if there's an issue with my prescription orders. I've recommended the Lynnwood PMC clinic and Dr. Won in particular to many others because he's very personable, easy to communicate with and very good at forging an excellent doctor/patient relationship.

This was my first visit, as a new patient it took 4 months to see a Dr. My visit was productive and I look forward fallow up visits.

I appreciate the kind and friendly nature of the staff and The Very Smart Dr Won. Therefore I don't dread the visits. Great group and especially my Dr. What a great find as I live a ways away. Worth the huckin' ferry trip.

I was very pleased to be able to get a same-day appointment with a practitioner at my primary care practice, rather than having to go to an Urgent Care. Having a provider who could see my records & see me by appointment (rather than the multi-hour wait involved with Urgent Care) really helped. He gave me all the time I needed, but didn't waste any time (his or mine!) either!

The front desk staff was exceptionally hospitable and answered every question with courtesy and knowledge.The PCP spoke Korean fluently which lent itself well to creating a comfortable environment. He did not rush the visit either, providing the opportunity to air all of our concerns.

Dr. Won's MA was exceptionally and by far and away, was soooooo alert and without my requesting it, checked me over and TOLD ME, she wanted to remove some wax from my ears, and with my approval, proceeded to take over, and flooded my ears with water, and removed all the waxy deposit that was covering my eardrums and checked me out with the care and expertise that I had never experienced in all the years I have had with PAC Med. I want her to be recognized as the best MA ever! She took excellent care of me and in my opinion she was actually SUPERB WITH MY BEST CARE, EVER!!!!!! Wow! I still can't believe that day!!!Both Dr. Won and his Ma gave me The Care And Kindness that I have never had before!!!!!These Two individuals personified the finest of care possible and I Sincerely want them to be recognized as the best providers of care!!!!Thank you for the time you have provided me to offer this opportunity to share this experience with you!!!!PAC Med cannot be beaten with this pair of providers!!!!!
