I really appreciated getting an appointment with Dr. Hsue on the same day I called to make an appointment for a possible painful UTI infection.It was reassuring to be able to have an appointment with my doctor who knows my medical history and who really listens to my health concerns. Dr. Hsue explains things with attention to detail and with clarity. My appointments with Dr. Hsue are always exceptional.

Dr. Mindy Hsue is great, she pays close attention to all medical issues that I bring up to her; during check ups or other appointments she is detailed in her care and practices and assertive in the treatment she offers. She is good listener, empathetic, and cheerful.

Dr. Hsu is typically very caring and spends the needed amount of time with me even if the appointment starts late

As much as I always comment - Dr. Hsue is absolutely phenomenal when it comes to her approach, care, and treatment (so much so, that I have actually moved out of the area, yet kept her as my primary care physician as she knows my history, she takes her time to diagnose things, and shows genuine for my wellbeing. Her staff is great - I truly appreciate the overall care I get!

This provider is great, but it takes along time to get an appointment and we wait along time at the appointment. This time we waited over an hour to start the appointment.

I have seen several doctors at Swedish. Some were good, a couple not so good, and one gave my son a prescription that was too strong. My pharmacist caught it and would not fill it until it was sorted out with the doctor. Who was quite rude to my pharmacist. This doctor was pregnant at the time and has since left Swedish. The first time I had an appointment with Dr. Hsue many years ago, I felt really comfortable with her. My toddlers' doctor was with pediatric associates. I switched them to see Dr. Hsue and had my husband switch to her as well. My family has been with her since. Dr. Hsue is an amazing doctor. I hope she is with Swedish until she retires. I cannot imagine having any other primary care provider.

My high blood pressure is reduced by quite some. Thank you Dr. Hsue for providing me the good medication.
