She spent time with me and I never felt rushed or that my questions were not important. I would see her again any day! The nursing staff is wonderful also! Thank you for all you do!

I called for time-sensitive assistance with Paxlovid after a positive covid test. My regular providers were both out of the clinic that day, but the receptionist was able to book me for an appointment within a few minutes with the nurse practitioner. They also walked me through the basics of how to do a virtual video appointment, since I hadn't done one before. Ms. Virdi was immediately available and after discussing my health history and symptoms, we went through the pros and cons of Paxlovid and potential interactions with medications. She was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and kind and comforting to speak with. The clinic acted immediately to get my prescription into my pharmacy and I had it within a few hours of first contacting the clinic. Because of this timely and prompt assistance, I was able to recover quickly from Covid. It was a most positive experience all around.

NP Virdi explained my condition and answered all my question very clearly. She was very thorough, compassionate, and very confident.

Ms Virdi was extremely professional and easy to talk to.

The provider I saw was great. I actually prefer her than my primary doctor. She's very knowledge, kind, patient, and provided good plan to figure out what to do next. I may choose her to be primary doctor because my experience with her was very positive. I don't mind seeing her than my primary doctor if I have any future issues.

It's hard to get in to visit your PCP if you are sick. She is booked out 6-8 weeks!!! I would just rather see Chandhi because she seems to have availability and she's an awesome provider!

I was so lucky to get in the day I called, and even better this new provider was fantastic, clear, concise, knowledgeable and reassuring.
