Jeanie Chang is the reason I come to Swedish. She is the cream of the crop in my opinion on the simple needs that I require medically. She has taken the small amount of time required to know my history and my medical condition and she pays attention and cares. The rest of the staff do their jobs well too.

She was fabulous, knew who I was even though she's not my normal doc and knew about my meds which was very important when she was giving me Covid meds.

Best provider EVER! She is caring, compassionate, empathic and honest. I could establish care with the organization I work for and not have any copays but I can't imagine ever finding a better Provider. The copay is worth the stay!

I think Jeannie is a great provider. She does listen very well, remembers my medical history and conditions, and provides the great care. She also makes referrals as needed. She is very thorough and I know I can trust her clinical judgements and recommendations. I always feel respected by her. I prefer to see her than MD that she's under for the reasons I listed. Jeannie always makes me feel like she listens and that she cares.

It is difficult to get appointments, but when I am able to, Jeannie is the best.

My visit with Jeannie was so comfortable. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, and I didn't feel like any question I had was too small or irrelevant. She gave me different options, took the time to explain each one to me, and we both decided on the best option for me together. My experience with Jeannie has been one of the most comfortable and reassuring visits I've had at the doctor's office. She was warm and caring the entire time and made me feel respected and valued. Each time I have to visit, I'll make sure to specifically ask to meet with Jeannie if possible.

Jeanie was literally a breathe of fresh air. An absolute gem of human and provider. Not only was the visit informative but she was so approachable and easy to talk to. I was so impressed with her knowledge and she made me so relaxed during my visit. I am looking forward to working with her again and so impressed by tis amazing PA! She felt almost like family. Insane how fast we bonded. It was an incredible doctor's visit!

She was very easy to understand, very compassionate and patient with me. She was knowledgeable about my concern and had answers right away. Very helpful and nice.

I am alway treated with respect and kindness when I visit my health care team! They all are the best team ever! I wish I could give them a 100 instead of just 10! So absolutely happy that they are my team and if they left then I would have to leave! I love my health care team as they are a part of our family!

Receptionist very good service. Dr Chang is very knowledgeable about my health and gave me good advice about the process of healing from seizure/brain bleed. I am very grateful and thankful to have her as my Doctor during this crisis.
