Excellent provider.

Le is an excellent doctor. She takes her time to listen and provide guidance on any health concern big or small. She is warm and engaging. I always feel like I'm seeing an old friend who is able to give thoughtful medical advice or explanations. She is an asset to the profession and I'm fortunate to have her as my primary care physician.

Dr. Le was very helpful and answered all my questions about my condition. She examined me completely and very thorough with her explanations regarding my condition. Very easy to talk to.

Dr. Jenny Lee is an amazing Dr. Im so glad I got her. She is very easy to talk to, always makes sure I understand what she is telling me. PAC Med should give her a raise most definitely she knows what to do for her patient. I can't say enough about her, she continues to check on me, makes sure I keep maintaining a healthy life, know what I need do do and eat to stay well.

She takes time to listen to my concerns and then gives me advice accordingly.

My experience was excellent. I didn't like the long wait to schedule an appointment. It took 2 months .

My consultation proved very key to me recalling what I need to do to resolve my pain issues. Now less than 1 week since speaking with Dr Lee, my pain is dramatically reduced and I am sleeping much better, all due to recalling how well I felt during the Covid pandemic! So I restarted my Covid prevention regimen which contains four key anti inflammation supplements! All because we discussed my current medications! As I drove home from my appointment, the light came on and I realized what had changed when I stopped taking those four key supplement last summer; ie "the pain came back into my hips and legs".

Dr. Le always shows respect towards me. Considering the sometimes potentially embarassing situations my health can put me in, that respect is especially appreciated!

This was my first visit with Dr Le so I did not expect her to have any knowledge of my health history. She listened empathetically and discussed my concerns with me. I was seen quickly and at my appointment time. Front desk staff was helpful and efficient even though I checked in with someone who was in training.

The in office help is terrific. However, scheduling the appointment for the stress test was difficult. Not sure what the issue was, but it was resolved and the appointment has been scheduled.

I thought maybe she would be a good replacement pcp but, I mean she was helpful, she didn't really seem too overly concerned about helping me. Was a big a meh, could be this could be that idk attitude. She didn't really stand out much which is too bad. The clinic was convenient compared to Beacon Hill.
