I routinely recommend Pac Med to anyone who is looking for a new provider. The clinic has everything I need in one spot, and because I've been seeing Dr. Maddox for over 20 years I am committed to staying with Pac Med even if my insurance situation changes some day.

Dra. Maddox has been my PCP for over 10 years, she knows my medical history. She is a great doctor and always provide me with medical care I needed. I am not satisfied when I see other provider. Dra. Maddox is very hard to catch every time I need to see a doctor, I ended up getting checked out up with other doctor. Sometimes I had to wait until other patients cancelled their appt. If I want to see my PCP.

Without Dr Maddox, I possibly would not be alive today.

This was my first visit. I asked for her as my primary cause I live in Kent. It was difficult with traffic to Seattle. She was very good.

This was my first time speaking with Dr. Maddox. I found her to be warm, friendly and very helpful. I would see her again anytime I couldn't get in to see my regular primary care provider.

Dr Maddox was very attentive and concerned enough to send me to Valley Emergency. She also offered to have me transported by aid car, but I felt OK to drive my own car.

Dr. Maddox is an excellent medical provider. My son really trust her medical advice. As a mother, it's impartive my son understands the importance of routine medical care and trust his medical provider. He's 14yrs has no problem asking me to schedule an appointment with Dr. Maddox when he has medical questions or not feeling well. Again, Dr. Maddox in an excellent medical provider!!!

I actually really enjoyed my appointment. Everyone made me feel cared for and important.

She is always concern about my health and made sure that I am given the appropriate care.
