During my recent mental health crisis I was treated with compassion and respect by my doctor, counselor, front office staff, and eveyone with whom I came into contact. Having a mental health professional as part of my basic care team is the most amazing part of any medical experience I've ever had!

Dr. Grinnell was extremely well prepared with notes from earlier appointments and our concerns. Her listening skills are excellent and encouraging for patients to discuss any topics openly. She seems very committed to, and happy with, her work.

I arrived late- my mistake. The receptionist was able to ascertain that I could still be seen, as long as we finished within my appointed time.Provider took note of my health issues and "just getting older complaints" list, we made appropriate decisions and were finished on time.

Dr Grinnell is knowledgeable, kind, and listens to my needs. She is an excellent physician and I appreciate her wholistic approach to care.

After the soonest appointment was scheduled, the scheduler suggested I send a message to Dr. Grinnell to My Chart to see if I could get in sooner. Someone messaged me back quickly with an appointment a few days sooner, which I greatly appreciated. At the end of the appointment Dr. Grinnell said she was glad I had done that, and I could do that in the future. This is for a mental health inssue, and I have a difficult time asking for help (part of my mental health issue), so it felt good to have it acknowledged that I did need help and that I had done the right thing.

This was my first visit to this clinic and this provider. The office, nursing, and lab support staff were very kind and professional. Dr. Grinnell was well-prepared for the appointment, and all of my questions and health concerns were completely addressed. Medical issues and test results were thoroughly explained in easy to understand terminology. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Grinnell as my primary care provider.

The reason for my visit has not been resolved. Dr. Grinnell was very nice, and came up with a plan to help me recover, but it has not worked. I am very frustrated by this experience.

She was great. This was my first visit with her because I needed a new PCP. Definitely will continue seeing her. I've gotten old enough that it has become difficult to find primary care docs that are my age or older, and I often dislike seeing young doctors because I find it hard to discuss health concerns related to aging with them. But Dr Grinnell was great.

She was a good listener and I wasn't afraid to write questions to her via mychart which I am sometimes loath to do
