Excellent service

I've been a patient of Dr. Huang's for almost 2 years feel thankful she's my PCP. One thing I value about Dr. Huang is her compassion. I generally have anxiety with doctor appointments and appreciate Dr. Huang's hard work to make me feel comfortable. Another great characteristic Dr. Huang has is thoroughness, especially when it comes to updating information in chart notes (medical and family history, comments on medical conditions and overall plan of care). Dr. Huang is also approachable with any question or concern (no matter how big or small). I feel fortunate having a supportive and caring provider, who shows a genuine interest in my overall wellbeing, and often follows up at my next appointment to see how things are going. Dr. Huang is a wonderful provider, and I feel blessed to have her involved in my care.

Dr. Huang is a great doctor

I always hear complaints, but I got in right away, got X-rays, got a prescription and was on my way, very pleased with my visit.

Dr. Huang always goes above and beyond. She is competent, communicative and follows up promptly. She is present during appointments and ensures that she is understanding my concerns. She is proactive in scheduling routine preventative care based on my medical history. Could not ask for a better doctor.

Dr. Diana Huang is the best primary care physician I've ever had. She never makes me feel rushed, she's extremely attentive, remembers all relevant details about my medical history, and always follows up with any questions I have. No concern is too little to bring up to her.

Great care provider

Dr. Huang was exceptionally professional and listened thoroughly to everything I had to say and all of my concerns, we worked out everything I wanted to right away

I have ALWAYS had a great visit with the front and care team staff...always pleasant. Dr. Huang is so totally down to earth and listens to all concerns and explains it with examples. Dr. Huang is quick to view lab results and make notes for you to view in MyChart. She is such an awesome PC Doc!!

I find Dr. Diane Huang and her team to be thoughtful, thorough and extremely responsive to my needs; on the phone, in the office and through My Chart. I answered the question about wait time indicating that I waited more than 15 minutes beyond my appointment time. Personally, the wait time is not a problem for me since I know I will have Dr. Huang's full attention when we are together in the exam room and, I assume, the reason I am waiting is that she does this for all of her patients.

Very efficient but thorough

Making the appointment was surprisingly easy. I told Dr Huang about my concerns over MyChart and that I'd like to see her sometime in March and gave my availability of when I'd be in Seattle. They were able to find time for me within a week. Usually I have to call to make an appointment and this was the first time I did it through MyChart, so it was very easy. Dr Huang really listened and explained things in an easy to understand way.

The care provider was fantastic as usual. I do so loathe surveys, though....

Diana Huang is one of the best physicians I've had. She's very patient and thoughtful with her responses and seems to really care about you. She asks the right questions and is very relatable on a people side. I would definitely want to continue seeing her and would recommend her to anyone
