As this was first visit with Doctor Kristin Thai, my responses to the survey may not actually fit with the questions. Some of the questions seem to be asking response from multiple or pass doctor visits.The appointment with Dr. Thai was for my annual physical. I found her personable, professional and thorough. We discussed at length my medical history, diet, exercise, and addressed my concerns. It was a good first visit. For my next health care need, I will make an appointment with Dr. Thai.

A great and helpful experience. Welcoming office and helpful staff. Dr. Thai listened to my issue and talked me through possible causes and solutions.

This was my first visit with Dr. Thai. She was professional, warm and friendly. She was a good listener and provided good feedback. She observed a questionable mole (which I have had for years) and wrote a referral for a dermatologist. I am pleased to be her patient.

This was my first visit with Dr Thai. I had been a patient at West Seattle Swedish Internal medicine for decades and was becoming discouraged about the lack of access to an MD. I'm delighted to have Dr Thai as my new PCP. I was impressed with her approach and knowledge, as well as the environment of the office. Having a patient representative come in to make my next appointment was a valuable service I didn't expect. The experience exceeded my expectations.

Really enjoyed meeting Dr Thai. My appointment was with her because it was to address an urgent medical event and my primary care provider was not available. Dr Thai was very courteous and listened to our concerns. What I also appreciated was that the entire appointment from when I walked into the clinic to when I left was about an hour. This has been a pain point with some of my previous in person and virtual appointments. For my appointments prior to this one, the wait times seem to be Increasing . From staying in the waiting area too long to being moved to the individual waiting room. This has happened even when the appointments are first thing in the morning.

My caregiver had retired and I was originally given another doctor to see. But then that doctor left the practice so then I was given Dr. Thai to see but because of all this, my appointment ended up being about six months later than originally planned. I was very happy with Dr Thai so everything ended well. She was very kind, and knowledgable and I am happy to have her as my doctor

The doctor seems genuine and humble about her job

My previous doctor of 30 years retired and I was asigned Dr. Thai. The was so much better than I ever could have expected and she actually saved my life by calling me to go to the emergency room herself. She was very knowledgeable about my history and her personality and the way she interacted was the very best. I can't say enough about her.

I LOVE Dr. Thai. She is the BEST provider I've had since my pediatrician as a kid. She is smart, efficient, and really listens and explains things in a way that makes sense. She is the best in your network! The only challenge I have is that I want to recommend her to everyone I know and the West Seattle location is not taking new patients. The demand is high here and people in my community are not able to find a doctor so I'm very grateful I have her!
