Never a bad experience. I do have a wait but Lisa always gives me her time and is never rushed. She gives all her patients her time which causes delays which is acceptable.

Lisa Sieberson is an amazing provider. I would wait a year to see her. She always listens and talks to me about any issues I have, she never seems to be to busy to answer any questions, and I know she is busy, very busy!!

In this day and age it seems like the time allotted per patient is becoming shorter and shorter. I told Lisa I had a list. To my amazement she went over everything on my list In a concise easy to understand manner. I was very pleased.

Dr. Lisa Sieberson is the best primary care provider I have ever had. I'm in my 30s, and I have a random assortment of mild chronic health concerns, so I've been to more doctors over the years than maybe the average 30 year old. Lisa is an amazing listener, and I feel very comfortable discussing any medical concern with her - big or small. She makes me feel validated and heard, and we always have really good evidenced-based conversations about how to balance my family medical history with my present health status so that I can make informed decisions about my healthcare. I recommend her to everyone I meet who is looking for a new primary care provider. Overall, I have been very pleased with PacMed as a whole - from the medical assistants, schedulers, lab techs, x-ray/ultrasound techs, and the patient portal (MyChart).
