First time seeing Dr Naik. I liked her very much. She seemed knowledgeable and definitely listened to me.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Naik. I enjoyed my visit with her and am looking forward to having her be my PCP. She covered a lot of ground in 20 minutes. I definitely wish we had another 10 minutes or so with her, not because we missed anything, but because I felt Dr. Naik was having to cram everything she wanted to say in a short time. I used to work within a similar setting and I remember the pressure of balancing corporate outcomes with client care. Dr. Naik left a very positive impression. It would be good to know she is also getting the support she needs to continue providing quality care.

I have always thought very highly of Pacific Medical Center and have had a PCP there for about 30 years!

Dr. Naik always listens to my concerns and responds with what is best for my health. I've recently had some tests and they've come back better than in the past because of the new medications she's suggested. Also, ahe will refer me to a specialist if it is something that needs more expertise in that area and dor that I am very grateful.

All my visits to Dr. Naik have always made me more confident in her caring of myHealth. Am very happy she's my provider!

I had to call multiple times to get a next day appointment. I was willing to go to any location, at any time with any doctor since it was possibly urgent. They could not find ANY time for a rather urgent time. Dr Naik (my doctor) was finally contacted to get me in. Thank goodness she did. She is the best!!

Dr. Niak is always very punctual, as circumstances allow, she remembers me and has all my current lab work, the medications I take, and is very knowledgeable about health questions I have. She is an A+ provider in my opinion.

It was the first time meeting the doctor, as my regular doctor is retiring. Not many are taking new patients, so I was glad to find someone who was. The doctor seems very efficient and personable. I am glad to be able to find someone when help Is so scarce.

In the past I've never felt rushed but this last visit was rushed & she didn't seem prepared to see me. I left feeling more confused than ever?

Dr. Naik is the best! I think I've been eith her for anout 6 years. She listens, is knowledgeable & responds with helpful info. She's warm. She understands my conservative approach around medication & respects it, but is firm when it is necessary! She & her staff have good follow-up! Best PCP ever!My only complaint, she can be hard to get an appointment with. Clearly others have discovered her!

Dr. Naik has been terrific except that sometimes it takes awhile to get in to see her.

Dr Naik was very to the point with what I came in for, but doing so in a respectful way and allowing me to ask questions before continuing on with care. This is something I appreciate

The receptionist was incredible. There was a system mix up with my appointment. As I stood at the counter she investigated my records and reinstated the appointment. I was very grateful. The nurse who checked me in was very personable and professional. Dr. Niak was very professional. I trusted her care. My first time at Pacific Med was a great experience. Thank you.

This was my initial visit with her. I chose her as my new PCP. Very good first visit. Only complaint was long wait time to he seen (8+ wks)- but am looking forward to keeping Dr Naik as my PCP!

I think it's terrible that it took almost eight weeks to get an appointment with my PCP but the care I get from her is fantastic. Also, your reception/phone staff are very helpful but it's frustrating to have to wait several months for an appointment.

Dr Naik is the best PCP I have had.

It's been all great and now I will be getting some home care also
