Can't say enough about how they listen and respond well. In a time when Black women may have trouble being taken seriously for pain treatment by their doctors, I didn't have to worry. She has not only pointed us to the best specialists, but also made alternate arrangements within the primary care practice when our needs exceeded her schedule capacity. She has also been careful when prescribing meds, checking for negative drug Interactions, and starting with the lowest effective dosage.

I feel like I've earned her trust over the years - she knows what concerns can be solved over MyChart vs a visit or vice versa. With so many specialists involved in my care, and so many doc appts,I appreciate her prompt communications with them, and determini g what could be handled via MyChart. Saving me yet another doc visit. She is the penultimate doc - one of the best I've ever seen. She also provided great recos if I needed new specialists over the years.Dr Duke sets a really high bar.
