Sophie Mallet ARNP, is by far the Best medical provider I have had in the last 20 years. She listens and always gives the best solution to my medical and mental needs.

Sophie mallet is attentive, caring, proactive, curious, super smart, funny, and knows her stuff, but will readily be open to exploring beyond her immediate knowledge base for unique problems requiring thinking outside the box. She really is the best, and a delight to work with in pursuing my healthiest self.

I almost switched providers because I did not have consistent representation from a doctor. However, my experience with Sofie has exceeded expectations and I am now no longer interested in switching. Sofie Mallet is easy to talk to and knowledgeable beyond many other doctors I have worked with. She makes appropriate referrals and I believe is working in the best interest of my health. I could not ask for a better provider.

Sophie provides excellent care. She takes all the time necessary to listen to my questions and concerns and provide thoughtful feedback so that together we create plans to improve my health. Sophie is THE reason I go to Swedish. We have real conversations about health matters --I'm a health coach and don't use pharmas. She listens to me, and I'm always pleasantly surprised with the depth of her knowledge and insights on health issues. Since the covid debacle I have random health issues that I've never had and often don't understand what to do. She always surprises me with great insights and directions!
