I am having trouble with burcitis in my shoulder, when I called to make an appointment, there were no appointments available for over a week and my primary care provider was out, I was transferred to the nurse who listened to my issue and was able to get me an appointment with another doctor the next day. I was very relieved, thank you.

I went in to see Dr McFadden thinking my symptoms were much worse than they were. That was a huge relief to me. The whole care team were patient and very caring.

Dr McFadden is a terrific doctor. He has been my primary physician for nearly a decade and I hope I never have to switch. The care I get at other doctors's office (also Swedish physicians) is never enough so I always follow up with Dr McFadden. He listens. Is attentive. Makes me feel not rushed, I feel listened to and all my concerns addressed.

Dr McFadden and the whole staff were incredible at putting at ease and answering questions and even getting some boosters.

Care team was prompt. I was early and was taken back right away. Was greeted warmly and set at ease. Went over pre visit questions and had questions answered with confidence. Felt good about all aspects of the visit. Dr was also prompt and very good at making sure that we covered everything that was needed. I was surprised that the lab was not available at the office but made appointment with Lab corp and was promptly notified of lab results and was happy with results. Very thankful for a great team.
