The holiday break is a terrible time to get sick or injured because that's often the only time that providers with school children can get off. I get it - I was a nurse for 40 years and worked my share of holidays. I know that I got in as soon as it was possible and it was just bad luck to need a provider during a heavy time for staffing. I had a great experience and Nurse Practitioner Lee has ordered the necessary tests at the appropriate acuity level, and for that I'm grateful .

Provider called me a few hours after our appointment. She decided an antibiotic should be added to my regimen. I was leaving for a vacation and she felt the additional medication would assure that my trip would be problem free. I was very pleased with her extended care and concern

Yun was professional and gave me the attention I needed for my breast Issue. I think seeing PA Is fine. I only wish I could get my mammogram as I have to wait for that before I make my appt. With the breast specialist. More mammogram options needed.

Yun Lee ARNP was patient, calm and understanding. She helped me with ease of finding female doctor, picking a new skin doctor, finding Labcorp, and physically giving me a fecal test to take home.

So far so good.

She did a complete exam with the questions she asked and the physical exam in my lower abdomen to try to identify what caused my loose bowel movements. Requested lab tests and explained the results. Also requested Echo X-am which has been scheduled. Not rushed and quite through.

Yun Lee was great - listened to my concerns and provided helpful information and a plan of action. Was not my usual provider so I definitely had to fill her in on everything, but that could be due to notes from my primary provider.

You guys take good care of me. I saw Yuan Lee one or 2 other times when my usual person was not available. She is Excellent, caring, professional. Thorough, and has always address my medical issues.
