Doctorsbed side" manner was abrupt. Time spent with me was adequate but her personality seemed cool. I would prefer a different pcp.

I LOVE Dr. Happenny. When I note that she didn't have the records it is not her fault that another facility is sending records or she doesn't have them right away. It can be challenging when those places do not communicate with outside providers. Dr. Happeney is really amazing and I feel heard every time I go into these appointments with or without those records. Which isn't common! She makes sure my AVS has great notes to make sure that I have clear instruction's to remember and follow!

Dr. Happenny was smart, professional, considerate and thoughtful. She is a very good listener and deep thinker. I felt that I made significant headway with my health concerns unlike some other experiences.

Dr. Happenny was terrific as usual. Her assistant was great too. Unfortunately I can't recall his name.

I'm very pleased with Michelle Happenny, and she listens to what you have to say and concerns. She ensures you understand what is going on, and how to do what is needed to know what steps you towards handling your situation.

Mine was a superficial first visit, in that it was routine preventive care. I don't know how Dr. Happenny will be when discussing any non-routine medical issues. My wife just started seeing her, too, and have found her to be exceptionally responsive in follow-up communications. That counts for a lot!

So when she moved where she moved to because at first, she was by my house and then she moved to Richmond Beach. I told her that I wanted to stay with her. She is so easy to talk to and she gives you instructions or suggestions that are so easy, she is so nice she listens and then she gives you answers or suggestions but she is really really good and I don't know how long I was with her when she was at Cherry Hall, but I knew that I didn't wanna lose her so I came to Richmond Beach where she is now I like seeing my doctor

The doctor was new for me and listened and responded well to my concerns and questions. I have been a patient at this clinic for several decades.Except for the fact that many previous doctors have left the clinic over the years, Swedish has always been a good clinic for post hospital and general health updates. The doctors have, for the most part, been very attentive, respectful and thorough. My biggest concern is that when I get a doctor I really like, they seem to move on to another clinic/medical facility. Therefore, I feel a bit dissappointed when those doctors get moved (whether by their own choice, or Swedish Medical moving them) to another clinic/facility.

I love how Dr. Happenny listened to my concerns without judgement. I came for mental health concerns and there is a stigma around this that made me feel slightly shameful to ask for help/medicines. I never felt shame while speaking to provider and she provided my the reassurance I needed.

Well, I followed this doctor before she was to wish she is now she wasn't Cherry Hill to Shoreline that's how good she is. I'm not the only one who followed her at the doctors that leave. Dr. Hapenny understood my concerns immediately, had reviewed my chart, was thoughtful and prepared. She was patient and took time to really discuss issues and options.

This was my first visit with this provider and she is now set up as my primary care physician. She was very helpful with making a change that I had requested regarding my medication. She reviewed my chart and the entry made by a specialist regarding the medication. We had a good discussion and she answered all my questions.

The entire team was polite, knowledgeable and friendly.
