I feel very fortunate to have Swedish Healthcare as my provider for my health needs. My family has been associated with Swedish for over one hundred years.

Dr. V is fantastic - one of the best Dr's I've ever visited. He is my primary care physician, but I had never met with him before due to scheduling - it was always too long a wait to see him.I scheduled a Dermatology appt at Swedish for a suspected skin cancer, and the first available appt was 5-6 months out. My daughter has significant dermatology needs, and her first available appt was 5 months out.Except for the horrible difficulty with scheduling, Swedish is pretty fantastic. Service is usually good to very good if you can get in.

I have been going to Virginia Mason for the last few years and I frequently felt ignored. I felt like my medical problems weren't taken very seriously. This was the first doctors appointment that I have had in years where I actually felt like my pain was heard and validated. I was a little bit nervous about having a male provider but he did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. I had a great experience, and he really explained everything to me in amazing detail without making me feel dumb.

He's a good doctor, but his attention to detail can be lacking sometimes. He's also at least 30 minutes late to each appointment.

I was given the appointment in the same day. Everybody was very nice.

Even though they were experiencing computer issues that were causing schedule delays, I was given all the attention and time needed to answer all my questions and ensure my medical needs were met.
