This experience was great. From when I called for an appointment to leaving afterwards. It is hard to get appointments for an illness. Unless you use urgent cares. It seems to be system wide not just Swedish facilities. But it still leaves patients with limited options when you are sick. This visit I was called by the nurse at the facility because when I called for an appointment it was nearly a week out to be seen. The appointment person booked the first available appointment and sent the triage nurse a note. She got me in the next day. My provider was excellent. So were other team members. It was a pleasant treat.

Ice saw this provider on an urgent basis about a medical issue. I was really worried about, but I was working so many hours that day was the only day I could get in. I appreciated the help from the staff and scheduling, the nurse who did my pre- Exam, and then the provider who was just outstanding! This was not my regular doctor, who is also extraordinary so all I can say is that this office is an amazing group of people and I am so glad I can work with them!
