Juliana is great. I would like to be able to schedule with her directly online. Right now it only lets me schedule online with my PCP.

Juliana Nam listened, observed snd photographed my area of concern. She advised to refer me to a private dermatologist and recommended an appointment with my primary care physician, whom I had not met yet, so he could access, and provide treatment or encourage me to see Private dermatologist. I liked Julian Nam's care and her and her approach.

This experience was great. From when I called for an appointment to leaving afterwards. It is hard to get appointments for an illness. Unless you use urgent cares. It seems to be system wide not just Swedish facilities. But it still leaves patients with limited options when you are sick. This visit I was called by the nurse at the facility because when I called for an appointment it was nearly a week out to be seen. The appointment person booked the first available appointment and sent the triage nurse a note. She got me in the next day. My provider was excellent. So were other team members. It was a pleasant treat.
