Michelle Ferro was an amazing provider, she listened with compassion and took everything I had to say seriously. She answered my question thoroughly, and she showed that my concerns were important to her. I really appreciated that she showed care and concern for my discomfort and gave me solutions to what I was dealing with,but alsoprovided further testing to be sure we were already on the right track.

De Fero was thoroughl and conscious of all my needs. She was more knowledgeable about my condition then expected. Covered every aspect of my condition and in more ways than expected. She was very good on hands on examination and met my expectations. All in all I got the care I needed and was happy with her care and concern. I feel I'm in good hands. Thank you.

This was my first meeting with Dr Fero and her staff. I had developed diverticulosis and had received emergency assistance at Eisenhower hospital in Southern, CA. I had numbers questions. Dr Fero spent 45 min responding to my questions in a very professional and personable manner, to my complete satisfaction. Additionally, she scheduled a blood test, which I accomplished within 30 min often leaving her office. I will summarize by noting that my appointment with Dr Fero was accomplished to my complete satisfaction, and my problem with diverticulitis is gone.

I met this provider for the first time. She was friendly, professional. I appreciated her attention to me & she made me feel very comfortable with our discussion.

(Not the provider but the lab tech for the blood draw) She was awesome. Got my daughter's blood right away. This has never happened before. It has always been very challenging. She also very nice and funny. She needs a raise or extra vacation time or something.

Visit with the doctor was excellent. The only complaint I have is that time is limited to allow for certain number of questions. Wish there was more time. I had many questions but the doctor did her best. Thank you
