My provider is nice and she is very helpful to me.

Ms Shishido was very attentive and listened carefully to what I had to say. The issue I am dealing with is confusing and hard to explain. Ms Shishido was patient and made a good plan to start looking into it.

She explained the procedure step-by-step from what will happen after today (initial visit) until the day of procedure. A list of things for me to expect and how my procedure will be done.

I appreciate the care and kindness of all the staff and providers at Swedish. You are the best.

I received new understanding on my condition and it's treatment and a new way of dealing with it. I began thinking this would be an appointment to schedule a colonoscopy. I learned that it is not the new common practice to have a colonoscopy given my condition and age. I've got a new system that I think will better fit my schedule. She was clear and helpful walking me through this transition.

I my honest opinion... My provider is one of the best in knowledge of her field and expresses that to me with confidence very much. She is a most excellent and comfortable provider. Thank you for your service.

Although she was most helpful and explained a lot, I didn't feel an actual person-to-person appointment was needed, or at all. This could have been handled over the phone or video. Regardless, she was professional and polite.

So far, Swedish, but with only one appointment to go on, has followed through with knowledgeable, timely, effected explanation of health diagnoses, and seen to it I was seen by radiology correctly, with thorough instructions as to what to do before radiology and I am hoping to win find a pcp that is part of Swedish, too. Ashley was great and finally gave me the answers I had been in need of so long
