Dr. Zia is an amazing and compassionate doctor. From the minute she saw me she took my condition seriously and got me set up with care I desperately need to survive. She also made me feel extremely comfortable with letting her know what my preferred pronouns are, when in the past I have been hesitant to tell providers as it has affected the care I receive. That is not the case with Dr. Zia. I felt extremely comfortable and knew If I told her my pronouns it wouldn't be an issue. She is warm, compassionate, empathetic, and she takes things very seriously and moves very quickly when needed. After a routine procedure I had at a hospital she even checked in with my wife and showed so much sympathy for my condition which we have never had a doctor do before. If you have any motility issues or have gastroparesis she is definitely the Doctor to see.

She explained how she plans to follow up on the care that I will need regarding my condition moving forward.
