Wasn't allowed to schedule online, yet took 2 months to get someone on the phone. Then the appt was scheduled a few months out. Every doctor, nurse, receptionist I engaged with were so kind, responsive and made the in-person experience positive.

After a long 18 months of being nauseous daily, I reached out for a second opinion from my medical providers here at Olympic Medical Center. After receiving 4 names of GI specialists at Swedish I chose Dr. Pulling because she came highly recommended and was a woman. The first visit she was in scrubs and looked tired though was totally present and working to figure out what was going on for me. SHE LISTENED TO ME. I felt I was in collaboration and respected. She told me she disagreed with my first diagnosis which I did too. Then she came up with what she thought AND IT WAS THE ANSWER! I got immediate relief from my nausea with the first dose of the prescribed medication. From there I began to investigate on my own what diet, foods, etc. Dr. Michelle Pulling was nothing less than a godsend to me. What more is there to say?

Dr. Michele Pulling exemplifies Swedish's Mission, Vision and Values. I researched gastroenterologists in the area and know I made the right decision after seeing her for my health condition. She is professional, personable, efficient and a wealth of knowledge. I am confident I am in the best of hands and will recommend Dr. Pulling and Swedish to my friends, family and colleagues.

Friendly & a good doctor

Dr Pulling is extremely patient and kind. She takes time to address all my questions and concerns. I had to wait almost 7 months to get a virtual appointment with her; I suppose she's so popular. I was very thankful she was available to perform an endoscopy for me after three weeks of my virtual visit with her. She is an amazing physician and I would recommend her to anyone! I was having extreme pain when I attempted to make an appointment. I had talked with my PCP about it too and started doing what I could do alleviate the pain and discomfort as much as I could. I know the healthcare system is backed up nationwide, but with doctors having access to My Chart, it would be nice if they would try to see those who are having severe pain. I had also gone to urgent care a couple times which was also in My Chart. I do know how to advocate for myself and take measures to help get through situations.
