Dr Wells is excellent in every regard

Dr. Wells was great. Knowledge, professional and humorous! My only suggestion would be to have the front office person go through some customer service training. He didn't acknowledge me when I walked in, seemed disturbed to have to check me in and was generally unpleasant. This was my first appointment with this provider and it didn't start out very pleasant. Thank goodness Dr. Wells was really great!!! The surgery scheduler was awesome as well.

My appt with Dr. Wells went perfectly. Personable and professional care. He noticed something unusual in my belly button area and asked if okay to remove something. Approval was given. Using surgical scissors, Dr. Wells removed a 1-in surgical gauze patch that was deep inside my belly button. He stated he would not charge me extra for doing that. I was completely unaware that this gauze had been in my belly button from a previous hernia surgery from over 10-yrs ago. I truly appreciated Dr. Wells taking that extra time and effort to remove that patch last week.
