Dr. Austin is a true professional. She listens, explains, is knowledgeable and has a great bed side manner. She is so good, that one must exude much patience in trying to get in to see her. While I will stick with her, you need to hire more docs in this field. Your loosing business!

Provider is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Scheduler is also very knowledgeable and caring. Callback time for scheduling is longer than would be preferred. My impression is this is a function of provider's large caseload.
