We had a nightmare day trying to get off of Whidbey Island, severe fog, one ferry route completely cancelled and down to one boat on the other route. I called the office to tell them of my dilemma, they were completely understanding, professional and told me they would fit me in- which they did!! Very grateful!

I was treated for trigger-finger with in office minor surgery. He was kind, skilled and very personable. At the conclusion hecstayed and answered a question I had concerning my left hand fingers and possible treatment options. He was very helpful. Throughout the procedure he was constantly checking on how I was doing before continuing. A 10 is not a high enough rating. He is amazing.

Dr. Scott was excellent. He provided evidence-based information and was very informative. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

This was my first visit to see Dr Scott. He was open to my questions and explained to me the best he could that I understood the procedure he was recommending if I choose to have the procedure done. The team was able to schedule me and also add my name to a cancellation list so I could be seen earlier. They were kind and considerate throughout the entire process of getting to see Dr. Scott. Dr. Scott spent what felt like an hour with me discussing my issue and possible treatment options. They provided me complete information about the most likely treatment option to allow me to make a decision quickly. The whole team was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional.

I was scared about reconstructive surgery. And after the visit I am not scared anymore. Dr Scott answered all my questions and took the fear away. I am going to follow through and get the have the surgery. .

Dr. Scott has always been available when needed. I had him check out my hands and we deciced to give me a steroid shot at this time for a finger that was sticking. If it continues we could opt to do a procedure on it. He is always kind, patient and knowledgeable.

This care provider explained the procedure that was to take place and on the day of the procedure was able to give me the care I needed and the reassurance that the procedure would only take 15 minutes and that I would be fine.
