Very good service

Excellent provider and has a wonderful bedside manner. He made me feel at ease during the very stressful experience of being diagnosed with cancer. I wasn't surprised with the delay with my most recent visit as I was informed that he was behind schedule when I had arrived for my appointment. And as this was abnormal, I didn't mind the wait. I really appreciated when I got results back from a follow up scan, he called me directly within a call of hours to let me know the results. That was very reassuring.

Dr. Golden is an incredible physician. He is friendly, clearly explains my current medical condition, checked my current status and listened to my questions. As well, I believe he is an excellent surgeon and treated my condition effectively. I currently remain cancer free. He also is moving my ongoing care to Olympia because it's closer to my home. He assured me that the local physician will stay in touch with him should any sign of cancer returns!

Dr, Golden and staff were very responsive to my needs. However, I thought it unfortunate at times that follow up appointments and eventual surgery took longer than I would have preferred.

Dr. Golden is a Seattle top doc. I was able under my insurance to choose him for treatment. He did a great job! I would recommend him to anyone I know should they require head and neck medical support.
