As a cancer patient it is important to me that my team is on top of all options for my treatment. With an incurable type of cancer I'm repeatedly subject to anxiety from uncertainty when there are no definitive answers . I think my team does the best to keep me informed.

Joanna did a marvelous job. She made me feel at ease, told me next steps going to happen, going on, going to end. She provided a squeeze ball for sensitive part of the biopsie procedure. She talked me through after care steps. Very well prepared all tools implements and sample collection items present and in order. Great process and prefect bedside manner.
